Let’s be honest, we all love a powerful, strong redhead character – especially if they’re the main characters: here’s a list of shows you should watch!
Don’t even ask me why, but I noticed there are so many redhead characters in tv shows lately – and as someone who’s been dyeing her hair red since 2014, you can imagine I’m absolutely loving this!
So, here’s a list of tv shows with a redhead as one of the main characters – or as the main!

Fate – The Winx Saga
Netflix decided to cancel this show just a few days ago – and I’m still mad about it. Anyway, we still have the animated series and all the memories it gave us! Bloom, fire fairy, is one of the most iconic (and sometimes annoying) characters ever!
Stranger Things
This show doesn’t need an introduction – nor does Max badass Mayfield, played by the super talented Sadie Sink.
Sweet Magnolias
This Netflix show will keep your heart warm with its cute characters and their friendships. A show as sweet as Maddie and her group of friends.
Heartstopper
C’mon now. I’m pretty sure everybody watched this, but just in case you didn’t, let me tell you this. I watched it in one day. Then I went on Webtoons and read all the comics (1358 pages) in TWO DAYS. Then I rewatched the show. I’m not even kidding, just watch it. You’ll fall in love with Nick – and Charlie of course!
Bridgerton
Daphne might not seem like the most badass character ever – but she is strong and she’ll show you! Her strength is in the way she loves.
Scenes From A Marriage
Jessica Chastain is so beautiful she could kill you with a look – and trust me, you’ll probably die of heartache after watching this HBO miniseries.
Riverdale
We could talk about the boring Archie, who’s supposed to be the main character, or we could talk about the icon that is Cheryl Blossom. Yes, let’s talk about her. She invented the color red. She is a witch – or smth. She’s simply iconic, I don’t make the rules.
The Queen’s Gambit
This Netflix show made history. It changed lives. Fun fact: Over the last year, sales of chess sets in the United States rose by around 25 percent. But in the weeks since “The Queen’s Gambit” premiered, sales have grown 125 percent. THE POWER BETH HARMON HAD.
Teen Wolf
If you need just one reason to watch Teen Wolf, here’s the answer: Lydia Martin. That’s it.

Grey’s Anatomy
Once again, a show where a female character is better than a male one. Yes, I’m talking about you, Owen. So let’s just focus on Addison Montgomery, a beloved character to old Grey’s fans. Seeing her on the show again after all these years was just wholesome – and we can’t wait to see more of her!
