Actor Sendhil Ramamurthy, known for his roles in Heroes, Never Have I Ever and Covert Affairs, joins the cast of Good Sam!
The new medical drama with Sophia Bush is about to welcome a new protagonist, played by Sendhil Ramamurthy. Sendhil will play Asher Pyne, Vivian’s (Wendy Crewson) new husband.
Let’s find out more about this character!
Asher is a therapist and is described as “intelligent, serene and centered” as well as “self-possessed with a sense of humor.”
Pyne will help Vivian navigate the new conflict between her daughter, Dr. Sam Griffith (played by Sophia Bush), and former husband Dr. Rob “Griff” Griffith (Jason Isaacs) – which will not be easy, since Sam has agreed to work with him only on a professional level.
Ramamurthy will appear for the first time in episode 3, which will air Wednesday, January 19 at 10/9c.
