Rebecca Dalton and Jonathan Keltz star in Christmas By Design, a new, original movie premiering October 27 at 8 p.m. ET/PT as part of the Countdown to Christmas movie line-up on Hallmark Channel. We at Survived The Shows had the pleasure of chatting with director Maxwell McGuire about his experience in the making of Christmas By Design and what fans can expect from the movie.
Can you tell us a bit about the storyline of “Christmas by Design”?
It’s about a fashion designer and in her bid to create a Christmas line of clothing, might figure out that her heart is taking her somewhere else.
What initially attracted you to do the storyof“Christmas by Design”?
The script, the characters, the dialogue, the team, the actors getting to work with Becky Dalton and Jonathan Kelz again that every character in the story had their own hang up and involvement in her story. And so it was really fun.
