Can you tell us a bit about your character in A Nurse’s Revenge?
So I play Cassie Fremont, who in this film is one of four teenagers. Her best friends, her boyfriend, her best friend and her best friend’s boyfriend. The film starts off with them in a car and they get in a tragic accident. Unfortunately the boy that was hit passes away.
Throughout this film we see these group of kids deal with a lot of guilt and remorse, but also just a bunch of obstacles in dealing with this. They all deal with it in their own separate ways. Cassie definitely is one of the characters that feels more of the guilt and responsibility. She feels the need to take accountability and make amends.
Throughout the film we notice that things start happening. Strange things start happening that don’t make sense and Cassie starts to get confused. Then it gets worse and worse as it progresses. Cassie starts to notice that someone’s out to get her, but she’s not sure yet, but as if someone is getting revenge in. As in the title, A Nurse’s Revenge. You kind of go with her through this roller coaster and through this mission: she’s on to find out what’s really going on. It’s a whole roller coaster.
What initially attracted you to your role in A Nurse’s Revenge?
I think the fact that it’s a rollercoaster. When I was reading the script for the first time, I was like, wow, lots of plot twists, lefts and rights. And you just don’t know where you’re gonna end up. I think it was also really cool how it, it deals with grief and it shows you how far someone will go when they’re in pain or have lost a loved one. And then on my end, someone who’s, who’s dealing with guilt and grief in, in her own way.
