Check out the full interview in the video below!
Can you tell us a bit about your character in The Daughter I Gave Away?
So I play a character called Rebecca in this movie, and she is definitely a fun one. She is the sporty, athletic high schooler, and she’s very smart and also very resourceful. And the movie basically takes place at a point in her life where she’s grown up with this adoptive family and she wants to start to learn more about her birth family and where she came from, as I think a lot of people when they’re adopted, do at some point. So that’s kind of where our, where our journey starts and takes place. But she’s definitely a really fun one.
What initially attracted you to your role in The Daughter I Gave Away?
I think that Rebecca, number one, is just such a fun character to play. There also are some scenes where I got to work with a stunt double and do some more action and stuff like that. So that was really fun. And then I’ve also worked a few times now with Lifetime and the same production team, actually. So it was fun to get to go back and work with familiar faces and people that I know and everybody at life time in this production house. Like, they’re all super fantastic and lovely to work with. So it was really, really nice to be back and get to do that again as well.
