Can you tell us a bit about your character in Searching for a Serial Killer: the Regina Smith Story?
My character’s name is Eddie Pastor. I am Regina Smith’s partner in crime on the Dallas police force. I’m a bit of a hothead, a go-getter, and in the words of my own character, I’m here to kick ass and catch bad guys.
What initially attracted you to your role in Searching for a Serial Killer: the Regina Smith Story?
The writing. I thought the writing was amazing. My two audition scenes I did initially were just really great scenes. And when I got to read the script, I thought it was incredible. I thought Ben, the creative director and writer, did a fantastic job. I was also really interested because it’s a true story. These are real characters. When I got the script and I got the job, I was just really excited to do a deep dive and ask a bunch of questions.
