We at Survived the Shows had the incredible chance to speak with star Julian Haig, who teased Lifetime’s Deadly Wives Club and his experience in the movie. Check out the full interview in the video below!
Can you tell us a bit about your character in Deadly Wives Club?
I play Ethan, and, yeah, basically he’s a, you know, a top business guy. It was really fun getting to play him because, you know, he was very, like, probably a bit more. Not necessarily posh, but, like, super wealthy, bit of an ego, a little bit arrogant. So, yeah, it was fun to tap into that side of him.
What initially attracted you to your role in Deadly Wives Club?
Initially, I actually auditioned for the lead, and then we sort of. Yeah, the feedback I got was that I was potentially just slightly too young for that character. And then when I got the chance to play Ethan, yeah, I was really excited. And the director, David Strasser, said that he really wanted a strong actor in that role, and so he stroked my ego a little bit, and I was like, yeah, let’s do it.
The interview with Julian Haig has been edited and condensed for lenght and clarity. Watch the full video interview at the top of the article!
