The new Lifetime Thriller movie, Taken in Montana, premiered on the channel on Saturday September 9, 2023. We at Survived The Shows had the pleasure of chatting with star Veronica Ramirez about her experience in the making of Taken in Montana and what fans can expect from the movie.
Can you tell us a bit about your character Regan?
She’s an 18 year old from New York and she’s visiting Montana with her parents. She’s about to be going to college and is super excited for that new adventure and definitely excited for the independence that comes along with that. She’s an only child and loves her parents and is close with her parents. It’s definitely strong willed. She’s passionate, independent and can be fearless at times.
What do you think makes the action in the movie so special and captivating?
So this movie is definitely an action-packed thriller. It’ll keep you on your toes and really have you in it. But I think what makes the movie so special is the family bond. You can really see how much they care for each other and what they’re each individually willing to do to be together again and the strength that they have to have. And also I think the fact that we shot everything on location in Montana, all around Montana, the scenery is beautiful and it just makes everything that much more captivating.
