From the well-informed’s words, it seems that Il Commissario Ricciardi Season 2 will be more focused on the love triangle formed in the first place.
Enrica (Maria Vera Ratti) and Luigi Alfredo (Lino Guanciale) have been scrutinizing each other for some time, while Livia (Serena Iansiti), wealthy widow of Rome, enters the life of man with an unusual disruption for the time of the events.
She decides to move to Naples for him and start courting him brazenly. Between the two at some point in history there is also a night of passion but Ricciardi doesn’t seem quite ready to let himself go. In his heart and in his romantic mind, in fact, there is the girl from the window next door: Enrica. However, she does not know and keeps seeing him dating Livia.
Trying to forget him, she accepted a job in Ischia as a teacher in a summer camp. In this place she finds a wealthy man who has feelings for her, but she didn’t reciprocate. Meanwhile, Rosa becomes seriously ill and she’s in hospital in a state of unconsciousness and Enrica’s father tries an approach with the Commissioner, the daughter in fact has informed him of everything. After trying to understand his intentions, he informs him about his rival in love and where Enrica is.
Just during the party that Livia organizes to declare her love, by singing to Ricciardi, he makes his choice. He leaves Rosa in good hands with Bruno and goes to Ischia to Enrica. But when he comes to her, he sees her kissing the man who courted her. Luigi Alfredo remains petrified.
What’s happening now between the two? Will they see or return to Naples as if nothing were from a brokenhearted Livia? Ricciardi didn’t show up at her party.

This is the 1st Italian TV series that I’ve watched. I think it’s fantastic. It hits all the marks!
This show is so good. To leave the series at the end of season 1 is terrible. A great let down.
